Congruent Counseling has developed a Hybrid DBT-informed program allowing families and adults to use insurance for some of their services and a monthly fee for the DBT program parts not covered by insurance greatly reducing the cost of our program. (the hybrid part is the insurance/out of pocket mix) As we are growing and expanding, we need therapists already trained in DBT to work with us! This model has allowed many more families to access this needed care as no other program I know of takes any insurance at all.

Self-motivated and sel- directed people do best with our practice though support is always available. Private practice model without all the work. We do the billing, insurance contracting, collections, and even pay the rent, internet and phones.

We need therapists for individual therapy in Columbia, Towson, Millersville, and/or Eldersburg. Counselors can work in one or multiple locations - from day to day or split days.
