Anger Management Classes

Congruent Counseling is pleased to have joined with Integrative Counseling to provide an anger management program in Columbia, Maryland, Eldersburg, MD, Olney, MD, and Millersville, MD. Integrative Counseling can tailor the testing to the needs of our clients.

This Group Will:

• Utilize cognitive behavioral counseling to help clients learn how to monitor and change inappropriate thoughts and actions.
  
  
• Utilize a group format. There is no more effective means of learning a new "social skill" than in a social environment. Group counseling increases the effectiveness of each member's learning.
  
  
• Provide homework and skills practice utilizing the Anger Management Workbook provided by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Anger Management is provided by Integrative Counseling.
